Automatic CIP Unit line
CIP system is one of the prerequisite machinery of food and pharmacy production sanitary standards. It can remove the active mixed polluted and insoluble particles and impurities as well as the micro chemicals and heat source particles that pollute the production. The GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requires CIP system in food and pharmacy industry, which limits related industries because of the high expense in other countries. The system can undertake single process such as acid cleaning, alkali cleaning, and hot water cleaning, and also can take fully automatic cleaning according to the cleaning process designed. Besides, it can control the growing of micro chemicals. Semi-automatic or fully automatic equipments are available.

This equipment greatly reduces the cleaning time and increase the work efficiency compared with other cleaning methods; the consumption of cleaning liquid and water is more reasonable; meanwhile the steam consumption is relatively low, thus ensure energy saving and reduce the cleaning cost.
Safe and reliable
Dense acid and alkali liquid are in different tanks equipped of automatic controlled system and display the level and process of each liquid. Each tank is equipped with its own equipments in order to prevent from any mixing or blocking of the cleaning liquid. Matured PLC control system
Years of experience accumulation enhances the performance and efficiency of the programs. Imported qualified controlling parts (Siemens, ABB, etc.) keep the system operation steady for long time. The operators’ training is short and simple. The whole process is display on a tactile screen.
