Semi-Auto Gable Top Packaging Machine

Paper boxes are automatically formed and bottom sealed in part1, then the boxes are taken to part2 for automatic fill and seal.

The semi-automatic Gable Top Packaging Machine is composed of 2 parts. Part one: Box forming and bottom sealing part. Part two: Filling and top sealing part. It is used for liquid food packaging, such as milk and juice. The production capacity is 1000 boxes per hour. Filling volume is 250-1000ml standard gable paper box.

The main characteristics: high adaptability, little investment. Simple and convenient operation, stable function. This machine is the best choice for liquid food industry for high grade packaging.

The gable paper boxes are automatically formed and bottom sealed in part one. Then the boxes are taken manually to part two and automatically filled and top sealed.
